Before you stay

Payment and Deposits -

EASYSAVER RATES:

Valid credit card details are required for all bookings.  One nights accommodation will be charged when booking your accommodation, the balance is payable on arrival

NETSAVER RATES:

Easystay's net saver rates have been heavily discounted and require full payment at time of booking. No changes, cancellations or refunds are available on Net saver rates. Easystay recommends travel insurance.

Easystay accepts -

• Money Orders, Bank Cheques and personal cheques (for deposits only) as long as they are received within 7 days of the booking being made and at least 7 days from arrival date.

• Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Amex and Diners are accepted as a deposit and during your stay.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Selected times during the year are classified as special events and include;

• Melbourne Cup

• Grand Prix

• New Years Eve

• AFL Finals

During these periods we require the total amount of your stay to be fully paid in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival.

SECURITY

Your payment is secured via a Thawte 128 bit encryption when booking through on our online booking engine. An internal firewall, encryption and linux servers ensure that your details are safely stored.
